Find us at the Lakeside IGA Plaza within the Glades Estate in Byford. Our space is centrally located in a high traffic area, near a supermarket, takeaway shops, pharmacy, professional services & daycare....and a stones throw away from the local Brewery!

Ample FREE parking is available within the 2 car parks at the complex.

With more than 230 car parks available you don’t ever have to worry about parking for yourself and your clients.

Main Car Park - behind IGA

Over 160 car parks available

Secondary Car Park - behind NIDO Daycare

Over 70 cark parks available

Need public transport? No stress.

Bus services are also readily available which regularly stop right across the road.

JOINING CO.LAB - SPACES

I would love a suite or dedicated desk, but nervous about the costs of taking the leap?

Totally understandable, taking the leap can be nerve wracking. Our packages are all inclusive foryour peace of mind (no hidden or unexpected costs!)...and don’t forget about the added benefit of tax perks. Lets chat about your concerns & explore options together, we are here to make your journey as smooth as possible for you! It may be be cost effective than you think.

What are your opening hours?

Our shared spaces are open 9am - 5pm. Bookings outside of these hours can be discussed & made by prior arrangement.

Sorry at this stage, we are unable to cater for 24 hour requirements.

How do payments work?

Payments are a breeze! We’ll send you an offer via our secure online proposal system. Once you sign and accept it, you’ll be prompted to add your payment details. Your payments will be debited for the month, starting 2 weeks after you move in. One less thing to worry about - we’ve got your back! Moving out? We’ll miss you, but we will stop your payments immediately and you can access the space for the reminder of the month.

I only need the space for a short amount of time?

Absolutely no worries! Whether its a short term gig or long term commitment we’ve got the perfect package for you. Our flexible month to month options cater to your needs - ideal for seasonal ventures, transitional phasers or if you simply want to dip your toes in the water. Looking for long term stability? You’re welcome to stay as long as you like!
